Rock Climbing!

 We tried Rock Climbing for the first time...they were all rock stars and scaled the wall!

 He flew up the wall...like a spider.  No fear.

Bowling Fun

There is a first time for everything....today we tried our luck with bowling!  Super fun!

Bumper's and the bowling ramp worked great for Brooke.  "I can do it my whole self", "step back, mom...all the way back"!

 When we heard there was 2 ft of snow up at the cabin, we had to get over there to play in the white stuff!  Super fun to play in the winter wonderland!

Joy to the World - Christmas morning

Joy to the World the LORD is come!

Christmas morning was wonderful.  Both Jaelyn and Ben waited patiently for Brooke to wake up (she had been fighting a cold....so all the sleep she could have would be good for her).  Once Brooke woke up, it was a mad dash to the stockings to see what Santa had brought them.

After the stockings were opened, we paused for a yummy breakfast.  The smell of bacon was all through out the house along with egg baked muffins and cinnamon rolls.  Yum!  The kids wolfed down their breakfast and wanted to get back to the presents!

 This just makes me smile.  Brooke had Grace help her unwrap a gift!

 It's a Nike Christmas for all the kids!

 What could it be....all the kids have the same size present to unwrap...

 Their wish came true....a Kindle Fire!  Some happy campers!!

We spent the rest of the day in our pj's playing with our new gifts and finally got ready for the day around 2pm.  I even snuck in a nap because I was exhausted!  Awesome.  We headed over to Auntie Nancy & Uncle Gale's house for some more fun to end a super family day.

Christmas Eve = Byeman Party

We celebrated Christmas Eve over at Oma & Opa's house.  Stockings, a yummy lunch, and presents.  Fun!

Christmas Eve Eve

On Christmas Eve Eve the kids got to open up gifts from the Post side of the family.  It was a dream come true for the kids and they were ecstatic that we agreed they could open up some gifts early!  Super fun and it made Christmas Eve and Christmas Day not so overwhelming with gifts.  Win Win for everyone.

 Karaoke...non-stop fun and lots of noise can be heard from our house!  Lots of fun!!
