We had a wonderful Christmas together as a family! We were awoken by Jaelyn & Ben at 7am, however we all cuddled in our bed until Brooke woke up which was 7:50am! :) Amazingly Jaelyn and Ben didn't really raise too much of a fuss waiting for her. Once Brooke woke up, it was a race downstairs to open up our stockings!
Undies, water bottles, candy, gum, crisp $10 (thank you Great Grandma!), address labels, chapstick, hair accessories...oh my! Who would of thought there would be so many smiles with stockings!

After a yummy breakfast of french toast & scrambled eggs it was a mad dash to unwrap the gifts under the tree!
My girl is growing up too fast...an alarm clock that has bluetooth capability! She absolutely loves listening to Kids Bop music and playing in her room!

Kitchen appliances for Brooke! A blender, coffee maker, & kitchen aid mixer - - all with batteries that make the appliances work! I see lots of smoothies & coffee (or lemonade) in our future!
Ben playing with his favorite toys. Hands down best response from Ben when he opened up his transformer...."AWESOME!" Then I asked him, "Do you know what it is?" And he blurted out, "No, but it's awesome!". Love him!

Ben finally got a rainbow loom and Jaelyn & him are working together to make bracelets!
It was a wonderful day - we all stayed in our pj's until it was time to shower and head over to Aunt Nancy's house at 4pm! Loved it! Great family time - playing with new toys, games - - what memories we made!
