My little explorer!

It has been really crummy weather the last week or so...people have dubbed it "Junuary"! For example, Snoqualmie Pass has received ~7 inches of new snow! Anyway, lots of rain & chilly weather makes this Momma have some serious cabin fever. Thankfully the rain let up a bit in the afternoon so I decided to go for a walk in the neighborhood. I put her down on the pavement while I went to grab the stroller from the garage...I figured she would have just followed me into the garage. Boy, was I wrong! When I got back to her this is what I saw:

"Puddles are such fun! No worries that my bum is getting all wet!"

I even caught her trying to blow bubbles in the puddle! Needless to say we had to do a little detour before we actually went on our walk. To top it off we were probably only gone for about 15 min when it started raining again! Ahhh!! Hawaii anyone?

Thanks for the advice about the sleep issue..it makes me feel better to know we are not alone in this situation! I do think she is on the verge of walking so your theory could be right!
I love these pictures of Jaelyn. I feel like our girls are so much alike. As for cabin fever..Mama knows!!!!!!!

LOVE it! Glad you had the camera handy! She is turning into a true little Washingtonian! Ha! Aren't you thankful you have a washing machine??

Love you both!
