After the launch, we headed back to the hotel to watch the splash down via live feed from NASA. Yes, we were pumped for the launch, the the re-entry was what Marcus and his company was concerned about! To be in the room with all the fellow engineers - to feel the excitement...so cool! The re-entry and landing into the Pacific Ocean went flawlessly. It was a bulls eye landing into the ocean. :) Job well done, Marcus! :)

Launch Day
So, let's try this all over again! It kinda felt like Ground Hog day....alarm was set for 2:30am. But this time Marcus & I both slept great. :) We got to the Causeway at 4:00am, had a little breakfast and then had to wait until 7:05. And exactly at 7:05 it launched!! It was so exhilarating! To be with thousands of people and to hear the countdown and "GO" from all the systems...truly pumps you up.
