Orion EFT-1 scrubbed

We had a 2:30am wake up call to get down to the bus at 3am.  Boy - that's early.  Plus both Marcus and I didn't really sleep a wink.  Oh well - - the excitement of the day carried up through!

(that fire ball on the left hand side burns off excess gas around the launch pad)
Gorgeous sunrise
After multiple attempts (we got down to 3 minutes to launch), the launch was scrubbed for the day.  What a disappointment to say the least.  From a boat that was too close in range, to wind issues, to finally a valve that wasn't closing....it wasn't in the cards for Thursday's launch.  27,000 people had to pack up and leave and try again on Friday.
